Dalgidj LLC was founded in 1996, and specialize in providing remotely operated vehicle, (ROV), diving, subsea technical, and ship repair services in the Caspian area. Through our joint venture with the State Oil Company of the Azerbaijan Republic (SOCAR), established in 2015, we provide a wide portfolio of services in Azerbaijan as SOCAR-Dalgidj. In 2016, SOCAR-Dalgidj established a strategic alliance with Oceaneering to provide subsea services, including project management; engineering; inspection, maintenance, and repair (IMR); ROVs; and diving services in the Caspian area. We continue to meet a wide range of operator needs in the region by serving both SOCAR-Dalgidj and Oceaneering. |
