Our diving teams operate to DNV-GL and Bureau Veritas Classification and are certified to carry out inspections to Class's demanding standards. Principle underwater skills include construction and installation, inspection and repair of ships hulls and running gear, salvage and wreck removal, and the inspection and repair of civil structures such as bridges and piers. In conjunction with other internal skills sets we can offer underwater cutting and welding, inspection and repair of cathodic protection, plus a full colour report of underwater inspections and surveys. We are well versed in the manufacture and installation of bespoke hull blanks, hull inserts and shell plate renewals and repairs. Our diving team principally covers the UK; and we’ve worked internationally in support of key customers. Our proximity to the Fast Ferry industry has ensured that our Dive Teams are familiar with in-water repairs to both ride control systems and water jets, and the replacement of stern seals. Additionally, with our UK locations close to busy shipping lanes and ports such as Dover, Portsmouth and Southampton we can react at short notice for callout inspections and rope/debris removal services for ship operators and port authorities. We are an approved Belzona applicator and repairer. We can carry out hydrographical surveys, offer surface support and the supply of work boats. Our underwater expertise is geared to support ship operators, superyachts, ports and civil infrastructure owners alike; the Dive Teams innovative solutions cater to the most demanding situations. |
