Smit Lamnalco offers a range of inspection services, both above and below the waterline for floating, SPM and land based facilities. Our state-of-the-art inspection systems and experienced personnel ensure safety and quality without compromise. / ROV Services: Smit Lamnalco owns a number of inspection class Remotely Operated Vehicles (ROV) to aid underwater inspection of offshore facilities at marine terminals, in water depths of up to 300m. When used in conjunction with a dive spread, these enable flexible subsea inspection and reporting regimes. Inspection duties at a marine terminal may include: Hull and platform inspections, Subsea hose, risers and PLEM, SPM mooring chains, Pipeline integrity / Both the ROV and its operating crew can be accommodated on our support vessels when not in use. ROV services can be provided on a stand-alone basis or as part of a wider turnkey package.
